The story

Anglesea is a popular beachside town on the Vic Westcoast. The property is located right on the corner of the Great Ocean Road where the Anglesea River meets the main beach. The old Four Kings building was one of the first American Café Roadhouses built in Australia back in the 1950’s. It had become completely dilapidated and was falling apart.

A modern 3 level mixed use development designed along the footprint and classic postmodern lines of the old building. Basically to retain the feel of the original building but create a modern mixed use development. Completion 2009.
