The development was located on an old house site that had been given commercial zoning. Located just a few doors up from the beach. The bay views from the upper floors were more suited to residential apartments and the ground floor commercial suited for offices. This allowed the residences above and behind to take advantage of the stunning bay views.
The design was based on maximising the advantages of every aspect of the building. Ensuring that those who lived in the above ground floors could really take in the views whilst offering beautifully fitted out commercial offices on the ground. Those who bought in this project say the views and design were the deciding factors.
